St. Martin’s Luncheon Club

The St. Martin’s Luncheon Club continues on Fridays at 12 noon in the Church hall. Lunches will cost £3.00 booked and paid for a week in advance (so catering numbers and meal preferences are known).
Would you like to be involved and help with the running of the Club?
You don’t have to stay all day, an hour or two would be very welcome, hopefully a two week rota could be worked. Please contact Christine Parkin (see telephone list for contact phone number) if you would like to help with any of the following activities :-

9-10am             Arrange and set tables and chairs in Hall.
                        Prepare kitchen, clean surfaces.
                        Prepare main courses.

10-11am            Prepare vegetables and drinks.
                        Prepare desserts and serving dishes.

11-12noon         Transfer cooked food into serving dishes.

12-12:30pm       Transfer food to Hall and prepare for service.
                        Serve food.
                        Wash pans and dishes used in cooking.

1-2pm               Clear tables, transfer back to kitchen.
                        Wash up.
                        Put away Hall tables and chairs.
                        Sweep and mop the Hall floor

2-2:30pm          Clean Kitchen.
